These Terms of Use govern the use of Umiyurumu, provided by SUKOSHI NANAME STUDIO.
About the Service
The Service is a viewing-focused web app for watching the sea and jellyfish and enjoying unexpected encounters. It is not intended to provide medical care or therapeutic effects.
Technical requirements
Some visual, sound, offline and Home Screen features may be unavailable depending on your connection, device or browser.
Data and transfers
You are responsible for safeguarding transfer codes. Data may be unrecoverable if device or browser data is deleted, a code is lost or it is shared with another person.
Prohibited conduct
You must not gain unauthorised access to the Service, place an excessive load on it, alter data, misuse another person’s transfer code, or act unlawfully or against public order and morals.
Intellectual property
Rights in the Service’s text, designs, images and software belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Reproduction or redistribution beyond personal use is prohibited without permission.
Changes and suspension
We may change or temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, improvements or other operational reasons.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Service, except where caused by the operator’s intentional act or gross negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any competent court will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
